Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in fast-paced hospital environments
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor patient vital signs and document electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for holistic care plans
- Provide patient/family education on health management
- Respond to emergency situations with calm professionalism
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and hospital protocols
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Tennessee (or compact state)
- BSN degree strongly preferred; ADN with experience considered
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience (ER, ICU, Med-Surg)
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in high-stress, fast-paced settings
- Electronic health record proficiency (Epic preferred)
