Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, compassionate direct patient care to individuals in various healthcare settings.
- Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, and temperature.
- Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Document patient care plans, symptoms, progress, and changes in condition accurately.
- Collaborate with the nursing team and physicians to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for patients.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by licensed healthcare providers.
Qualifications
- Current, valid RN or CNA license in the state of California or Massachusetts.
- CPR/BLS certification (American Heart Association) required.
- Previous experience in a hospital or long-term care facility preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy for charting and documentation.
- Physical stamina to handle the demands of patient care.
