Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including assistance with daily living activities and personal hygiene.
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes in patient condition to the nursing staff or physician immediately.
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure patient safety and comfort.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records (EHR).
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
- Follow infection control protocols and safety regulations at all times.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as required.
Qualifications
- Current and active RN or CNA license in the state of Texas.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Compassionate attitude towards patients of all ages and backgrounds.
- Reliable transportation to the Fort Worth facility.
- Previous experience in a hospital or long-term care setting is preferred but not always required.
