Responsibilities
- Provide virtual patient intake and preliminary assessment support
- Assist providers with electronic health record (EHR) documentation
- Coordinate patient care plans and follow-up communications
- Manage virtual scheduling and telehealth appointments
- Ensure HIPAA compliance in all remote interactions
- Collaborate with clinical teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Assist in patient education and resource navigation
Qualifications
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA)
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital setting
- Proficiency with EHR systems (Epic preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Valid California MA certification
- Experience with telehealth platforms
