Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient telehealth appointments and virtual triage services
- Manage electronic health records (EHR) with precision and HIPAA compliance
- Prepare digital patient charts, lab results, and insurance documentation
- Assist providers with clinical documentation during remote consultations
- Facilitate seamless communication between patients, providers, and care teams
- Monitor inventory of medical supplies and coordinate virtual ordering
- Provide virtual patient education on treatment plans and medications
Qualifications
- Active Medical Assistant certification (CMA, RMA, or equivalent)
- 2+ years of clinical/administrative medical experience
- Proficiency in EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, or similar)
- Exceptional telehealth platform experience (Zoom for Healthcare, Doxy.me)
- Strong digital communication skills with diverse patient populations
- Ability to maintain HIPAA compliance in remote environments
- Valid Texas state license (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts required)
