Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in critical care units during night shifts
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to emergency situations
- Document patient assessments and care plans accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal outcomes
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and hospital protocols
- Provide patient education and emotional support
Qualifications
- Active California RN license (required)
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience
- BLS/ACLS certifications (current)
- Strong critical thinking and assessment skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure night shift environments
- EMR proficiency (Epic preferred)
- Telemetry/ICU experience highly valued
