Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and feeding.
- Monitor and accurately record vital signs and patient health status.
- Assist physicians and registered nurses with medical procedures and treatments.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for patients.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and medical staff regarding care plans.
- Document patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Valid and current CNA or RN license in good standing.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certification.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Ability to lift, stand, and walk for extended periods.
