Responsibilities
- Perform accurate venipuncture and capillary blood collections following OSHA and CLIA standards
- Process and label specimens with meticulous attention to detail
- Maintain sterile equipment and calibration of collection devices
- Provide compassionate patient care during high-volume procedures
- Document electronic health records with precision and efficiency
- Collaborate with laboratory staff for specimen processing workflows

Qualifications
- Current California Phlebotomy Technician certification (CPT1 or CPT2)
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in venipuncture procedures
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- BLS/CPR certification from recognized provider
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
