Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality direct and indirect patient care in accordance with nursing standards and protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and patient safety as the top priority
- Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes in status
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Massachusetts (or compact license)
- BSN degree preferred (ADN candidates with experience considered)
- Minimum 1 year of acute care nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong clinical skills in assessment, medication administration, and emergency response
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
