Responsibilities
- Provide virtual patient monitoring and health status updates via telehealth platform
- Assist with remote medication reminders and basic care coordination
- Document patient interactions accurately in electronic health records
- Collaborate with RNs and care teams to address patient needs
- Conduct virtual wellness checks and emotional support sessions
- Facilitate secure video consultations with patients and families
- Participate in continuous training for remote care protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- No prior experience required - training provided!
- Basic computer proficiency with ability to learn telehealth systems
- Strong communication and empathy skills
- Ability to pass background check and health screenings
- CPR certification (will be provided if not current)
- Reliable internet connection and quiet home workspace
- California CNA license or willingness to obtain immediately
