Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive virtual nursing assessments via HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform
- Monitor and triage patient health status for Miami-based clientele
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for coordinated care plans
- Document patient encounters accurately in electronic health records
- Provide patient education on chronic disease management
- Respond to urgent/emergency situations with clinical judgment
- Maintain strict compliance with Florida nursing regulations
Qualifications
- Active Florida RN license (unrestricted)
- Minimum 2 years acute care nursing experience
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
- Telehealth or remote nursing experience preferred
- Proficiency with EHR systems (Epic, Cerner)
- Exceptional communication & critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently in virtual environment
- Spanish language skills a plus for Miami community
