Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient assessments, care planning, and medication administration
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized treatment plans
- Monitor patient vitals and respond promptly to critical changes
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Educate patients and families on health management and discharge protocols
- Adhere to JCAHO, HIPAA, and facility-specific safety protocols
Qualifications
- Active California RN license (required)
- BSN degree (ADN candidates with 2+ years ER/ICU experience considered)
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience (ER, ICU, or Med-Surg preferred)
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts (days/nights/weekends)
