Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate patient care during weekend shifts (7a-7p)
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor patient vitals and document electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Provide patient/family education on care plans
- Respond to emergency situations with clinical expertise
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA/JCAHO standards
Qualifications
- Active Florida RN license (required)
- BSN degree preferred (ADN accepted with experience)
- 2+ years acute care experience
- BLS/Certifications (ACLS/PALS preferred)
- Weekend availability mandatory
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Electronic health record proficiency
- Valid Florida driver's license (if required for travel)
