Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and prioritize care based on acuity levels
- Utilize EHR systems to document patient interactions and medical histories
- Collaborate with physicians to develop appropriate treatment plans
- Provide clear patient education on symptoms and care instructions
- Manage high-volume phone triage for pediatric/adult populations
- Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and confidentiality standards

Qualifications
- Active California RN license (required)
- Minimum 2 years emergency/urgent care experience
- BLS/ACLS certifications (current)
- Proficient in Epic or EHR systems
- Exceptional critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Spanish bilingual preferred (not required)
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts with rotational weekends
- Strong documentation and communication abilities
