Responsibilities
- Provide personalized assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, mobility)
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with medication management
- Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance client wellbeing
- Perform light housekeeping and maintain safe home environments
- Transport clients to appointments and social activities
- Document care activities and report health changes to care team
- Implement personalized care plans with precision and compassion
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience or CNA certification
- Valid Nevada driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Compassionate nature with strong interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
