Responsibilities
- Delight residents with personalized assistance in daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Monitor vital signs and report health changes to nursing staff promptly
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and using adaptive equipment safely
- Support nutritional needs during meal service and hydration monitoring
- Maintain accurate resident care documentation and electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to optimize resident well-being
- Adhere to strict infection control and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Current California CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year recent long-term care or hospital experience
- Valid BLS/CPR certification
- Clear TB test and physical examination within last 6 months
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Proficient in English (written and verbal)

- Availability for flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
