Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor and record vital signs with precision and accuracy
- Assist patients with nutritional needs and meal services
- Collaborate with RNs and healthcare team to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain clean and safe patient environments
- Document patient observations and care activities promptly
- Support emotional and psychological well-being of patients and families
Qualifications
- Current Illinois CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year hospital or acute care experience
- BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced clinical environments
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy

- Flexibility to work rotating shifts including weekends
