Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure safety and comfort.
- Collaborate with nurses and healthcare staff to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe environment for patients and visitors.
- Document patient progress and report any changes in condition immediately to the nursing team.
Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license (or willingness to obtain one through our training program).
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and detail-oriented approach to care.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is a plus.
