Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care assistance to patients (bathing, dressing, feeding)
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Assist with mobility transfers and use of medical equipment
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and care records
- Support activities of daily living while preserving patient dignity
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
Qualifications
- Active Oklahoma CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year recent acute care or long-term experience
- CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong communication and empathy skills
