Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care to patients including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist with medication administration under RN supervision

Qualifications
- Active NY State CNA certification required

- Valid CPR/BLS certification (or obtainable within 30 days)
