Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care to residents including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with daily activities like mobility, meal service, and medication reminders
- Monitor vital signs and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff

Qualifications
- Active Ohio CNA certification required
