Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate daily care including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor and record vital signs with precision and attention to detail
- Assist with mobility transfers and maintain patient safety protocols
- Support medical staff during procedures and treatments
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and electronic health records
- Respond promptly to patient call lights and needs
- Adhere to strict infection control and sanitation standards
Qualifications
- Current California CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year acute care or long-term experience preferred
- BLS/CPR certification required (AHA preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence
- Reliable transportation to work in downtown SF
- Availability for flexible shifts including weekends/nights
- Background clearance and TB test clearance required
