Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional bedside care to patients including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist with mobility transfers and use of medical equipment
- Collaborate with nursing staff to implement personalized care plans
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable patient environment
- Respond promptly to patient call lights and emergency situations
Qualifications
- Active California CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year of acute care or long-term experience
- BLS/CPR certification (or obtainable within 30 days)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible weekends including Saturdays and Sundays
- Proficient in electronic health record documentation
