Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with mobility transfers and ambulation using proper techniques
- Monitor vital signs and report changes in patient condition to RN supervisor
- Administer medications and treatments as per care plan
- Document care activities accurately in electronic health records
- Support patients with meal preparation and feeding assistance
- Maintain a safe, clean environment for patients
Qualifications
- Current Oregon CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year recent CNA experience in home care or facility setting
- Valid CPR/First Aid certification
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation and valid Oregon driver's license
- Strong communication skills and compassion for elderly patients
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer skills for documentation
