Position Highlights: • Direct patient care in acute care settings • Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary teams • 12-hour shifts (7am-7pm) • Immediate start available
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor and document vital signs and patient conditions
- Assist with mobility transfers and patient positioning
- Support daily living activities for patients of all ages
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Collaborate with healthcare team to implement care plans
- Ensure infection control protocols are followed
Qualifications
- Current Michigan CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience preferred
- BLS/CPR certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening
