Responsibilities
- Delight residents with personalized daily care activities including bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Accurately document vital signs and resident observations in electronic health records
- Assist with mobility support and rehabilitation exercises
- Collaborate with RNs and therapists to implement care plans
- Monitor residents for changes in condition and report concerns promptly
- Maintain a clean, safe, and homelike environment
- Support residents' emotional well-being through meaningful interactions
Qualifications
- Current Minnesota CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year recent CNA experience in long-term care
- Valid CPR/First Aid certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Flexibility to work weekends, nights, and holidays
- Positive attitude and passion for senior care
