Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and document vital signs, resident conditions, and care activities
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure safety
- Support nutritional needs by serving meals and assisting with dining
- Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement care plans
- Maintain a clean, safe environment for residents and staff
- Respond promptly to resident call lights and emergency situations
Qualifications
- Current Arizona CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 6 months of recent CNA experience in long-term care
- Valid CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50lbs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and documentation abilities
- Passionate about senior care with empathetic approach
- Availability for day/evening/weekend shifts
