Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate daily care including bathing, dressing, and grooming assistance
- Monitor and document vital signs, patient conditions, and meal intake
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises

Qualifications
- Current Colorado CNA certification required
