Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Assist with mobility transfers and safe ambulationPrepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding
- Administer medications as prescribed
- Monitor vital signs and document care notes
- Transport clients to medical appointments
- Engage in meaningful companionship and activities
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Valid California Driver's License and reliable vehicle
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Clear background check and TB test
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Passion for senior care and empathy
