Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care including assistance with daily activities (bathing, dressing, meal preparation)
- Offer companionship through conversation, games, and community outings
- Monitor client health status and report changes to care team
- Administer medication reminders and assist with mobility
- Light housekeeping and transportation to appointments
- Maintain detailed care logs and update care plans
- Ensure client safety and comfort at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean driving record
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Clear background check and TB test
- Compassionate nature with patience and empathy
- Reliable transportation to Mesa locations
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
