Responsibilities
- Provide personalized assistance with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs with meticulous attention to detail
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social engagements safely
- Engage clients in meaningful companionship and cognitive stimulation activities
- Maintain accurate care documentation and communicate effectively with families
- Adhere to strict HIPAA compliance and infection control protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience in home or facility settings
- Valid Illinois driver's license with clean driving record
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred
- Current CPR/First Aid certification required
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
- Strong organizational skills and attention to medical protocols
