Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with dietary needs
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities
- Engage clients in meaningful companionship and activities
- Maintain accurate care documentation and progress notes
- Ensure safe and clean home environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and assist with mobility
- Compassionate patient-centered approach
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings
