Responsibilities
- Chairside assistance during dental procedures
- Digital X-ray imaging and processing
- Instrument sterilization and OSHA compliance
- Patient education on oral hygiene
- Dental charting and record management
- Inventory management and supply ordering
- Scheduling coordination
- Cross-functional support in hygiene and admin
Qualifications
- Current Minnesota Dental Assistant license
- 2+ years clinical experience
- Digital X-ray proficiency
- CPR certification
- DEXIS/Eaglesoft software experience
- Exceptional patient communication skills
- Attention to detail and multitasking ability
- Flexibility for evening/weekend availability
