Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during complex procedures including restorations, extractions, and root canals
- Perform digital X-rays and intraoral imaging using advanced technology
- Manage sterilization protocols and infection control standards
- Prepare treatment rooms and maintain optimal inventory levels
- Deliver patient education on oral hygiene procedures
- Coordinate scheduling and seamless patient flow
- Assist with dental charting and documentation
Qualifications
- Active RDA or Dental Assistant certification in California
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in general dentistry
- Proficiency in dental imaging software (e.g., Dexis, Eaglesoft)
- CPR/BLS certification required
- Exceptional chairside manner and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of OSHA and dental regulations
