Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for dental procedures and assist dentists during treatments
- Sterilize instruments and maintain operatory cleanliness per OSHA standards
- Take dental X-rays and assist with digital imaging
- Manage patient scheduling and appointment confirmations
- Process insurance claims and maintain accurate patient records
- Provide post-op instructions and patient education
Qualifications
- Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or RDA required
- Tennessee dental radiography license mandatory
- 2+ years clinical experience in general dentistry
- Proficiency in Eaglesoft or dental software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- CPR/BLS certification current
