Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for treatments and assist dentists during procedures
- Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays)
- Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control protocols
- Manage patient records and schedule appointments
- Assist with dental lab procedures and materials
- Provide post-operative instructions to patients
- Monitor inventory and order dental supplies
Qualifications
- Current Dental Assistant certification or license
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience
- Proficiency in dental software (Epic, Dentrix)
- Strong knowledge of OSHA and HIPAA regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- CPR certification
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Positive attitude and teamwork-oriented mindset
