Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during complex procedures including oral surgery and restorations
- Take and develop dental radiographs with precision
- Manage patient charts and digital health records efficiently
- Sterilize instruments and maintain clinical compliance standards
- Prepare treatment rooms and equipment for optimal workflow
- Deliver exceptional patient education and comfort measures
Qualifications
- Current RDA certification (or equivalent) from accredited institution
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in general dentistry
- Proficiency with digital radiography and practice management software
- CPR/BLS certification and X-ray safety training
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for diverse patient interactions
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced clinical environments
