Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for examinations and procedures, ensuring comfort and safety
- Assist dentists during complex procedures using precise chairside techniques
- Perform digital radiography and maintain sterile equipment per OSHA standards
- Manage patient records and scheduling through our advanced dental software
- Oversee inventory control and ordering of dental supplies
- Deliver post-procedure instructions and follow-up care guidance
- Collaborate with hygiene team to optimize patient flow and experience
Qualifications
- Active Dental Assistant certification or RDA license in Arizona
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in general dentistry
- Proficiency in digital radiography and practice management software
- Strong knowledge of infection control protocols and HIPAA compliance
- Exceptional communication skills with diverse patient populations
- CPR certification and BLS training
