Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor and record vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse)
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding support
- Maintain clean patient environments and infection control protocols
- Document patient observations accurately in EMR systems
- Collaborate with RNs and medical staff care plans
- Respond to patient call lights and emergency situations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Current Virginia CNA certification (or enrolled in training)
- Basic computer literacy for documentation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds with proper techniques
- Clear criminal background check and drug screen

- Flexibility to work rotating shifts including weekends
