Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions with precision
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Educate patients/families on health management and discharge planning
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and JCAHO standards

Qualifications
- Active Ohio RN license (Compact State preferred)
- BSN or Associate's in Nursing with 2+ years clinical experience
- BLS/ACLS certifications required; PALS preferred
- Proven expertise in critical care or emergency nursing
- Advanced proficiency in Epic EHR systems
- Exceptional critical thinking and crisis management skills
