Responsibilities
- Deliver virtual patient assessments and develop personalized care plans via telehealth platforms

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams using EHR systems for seamless documentation

Qualifications
- Active Arizona RN license (Compact State license preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience
