Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in ER, Med-Surg, and ICU units
- Administer medications and treatments per physician protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR)
- Implement patient education programs
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Supervise LPNs and CNAs
Qualifications
- Active NE RN license required
- BSN preferred (ADN accepted)
- 2+ years acute care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- EMR proficiency (Epic preferred)
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts
