Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and cleaning
- Monitor vital signs and report health changes to supervisor
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises
- Administer prescribed medications per care plan
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
Qualifications
- Valid California Home Health Aide certification
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Ability to pass background check and TB screening
- Reliable transportation with valid driver's license
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate nature and patience working with vulnerable populations
