Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding
- Monitor vital signs and report health changes
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and light housekeeping
- Administer medication reminders and accompany to appointments
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid NC Driver's license and reliable transportation
- Clear criminal background check and TB test
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Empathetic demeanor and patience with elderly clients
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
