Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning patients
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Perform light housekeeping tasks including laundry and tidying
- Monitor vital signs and report health changes to supervisors
- Administer prescribed medications under proper guidance

Qualifications
- Valid Tennessee HHA certification or CNA license
- Minimum 1 year home healthcare experience
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
