Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Assist with mobility transfers and ambulation
- Prepare nutritious meals and monitor dietary needs
- Administer prescribed medications accurately
- Perform light housekeeping and client errands
- Document care notes and report health changes
- Transport clients to appointments as needed
Qualifications
- PA Home Health Aide certification required
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Minimum 1 year home care experience
- Valid PA driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility with weekday/evenend schedules
