Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding
- Perform light housekeeping duties (laundry, dishes)
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to RN
- Assist with mobility transfers and ambulation
- Administer prescribed medications
- Transport clients to appointments
- Maintain accurate care documentation
Qualifications
- New Jersey HHA certification required
- Minimum 1 year home care experience
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Valid NJ driver's license & reliable vehicle
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Clear criminal background check
- Strong communication skills
- Compassionate & patient demeanor
