Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and dressing support.
- Monitor patient health and report any changes in condition to the nursing staff immediately.
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and light exercises as prescribed.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with light housekeeping and laundry.
- Accompany clients to medical appointments and social activities.
- Offer emotional support and companionship to enhance the patient's quality of life.
Qualifications
- Current California Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- Valid California Driver's License and proof of insurance.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a patient, empathetic demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
