Responsibilities
- Assist providers with clinical procedures and patient examinations
- Perform vital signs, EKGs, and phlebotomy services
- Manage electronic health records (EHR) with precision
- Schedule appointments and handle patient communications
- Ensure strict HIPAA compliance and infection control protocols
- Prepare exam rooms and medical supplies for patient care
Qualifications
- Active MA certification in Ohio (CMA/RMA preferred)
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in ambulatory care
- Proficiency in EHR systems (Epic/Meditech a plus)
- Strong phlebotomy and venipuncture skills
- Exceptional patient communication and multitasking abilities
- Current BLS certification
- Ability to thrive in high-volume settings
