Responsibilities
- Perform clinical duties including vital signs, EKGs, and phlebotomy
- Assist providers with patient examinations and procedures
- Manage electronic health records (EHR) documentation accurately
- Prepare and administer injections per physician protocols
- Schedule appointments and coordinate patient flow
- Stock exam rooms and maintain sterile environments
- Provide patient education on treatment plans
Qualifications
- Current MA certification or eligible for immediate certification
- 1+ years clinical experience in ambulatory setting
- Proficiency in EHR systems (Epic/EMR preferred)
- Strong phlebotomy and venipuncture skills
- CPR/BLS certification (must maintain)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask in high-volume environment
- Minnesota state MA license or pending
